the experience
My approach is relaxed, intentional, and centered around helping you feel completely at ease. I take the time to get to know each family so your session feels natural, unhurried, and true to you.
These sessions are about more than just photos. They’re about documenting the fleeting seasons of life, from the quiet, tender moments of bringing your baby home to the beautifully chaotic, joy-filled years of childhood. I’m always looking for the meaningful, in-between moments as well as the playful, personality-filled ones that make your family uniquely yours.
I’ll guide you through every step, from choosing a location to curating a soft, cohesive color palette and wardrobe, so everything feels effortless and beautifully aligned.
During your session, I gently direct when needed while leaving space for real moments to unfold. I value the importance of both timeless, traditional portraits and candid moments that reflect connection, movement, and personality. This balance allows us to create a gallery that feels both classic and full of life.
I photograph using both film and digital, with a strong focus on natural light. Film allows me to create the soft, dreamy imagery I’m known for, while digital adds flexibility and depth to your final gallery.
The result is a collection of images that feel timeless, joyful, and authentically you.

THE PROCESS
From start to finish, the process is designed to feel simple and seamless. I’ll guide you through each step so you always know what to expect, while keeping everything relaxed and easy along the way.
1. Reach out + choose your date
Once you inquire, I’ll share full package details and help you select a date, getting everything reserved so you can feel taken care of from the start.
For newborn sessions, I’ll reserve your due date on my calendar and have you reach out once baby arrives so we can choose a session date within the first 1–3 weeks, allowing for flexibility during those early days.

I’ll guide you through location, timing, and wardrobe so everything feels cohesive, natural, and true to you. For lifestyle sessions, I love getting a sense of what your kids enjoy so we can weave those moments into your session in a way that feels meaningful and true to your family!
4. Location options
Sessions can take place in your home, in my studio, or outdoors at one of my favorite locations. We’ll chat through what feels like the best fit and choose a setting that reflects your family in a natural and meaningful way.
5. Relaxed, guided shoot day
Sessions are easygoing and gently directed, allowing real moments to unfold while I also guide you through posing that feels natural, timeless and real.
6. Gallery delivered + print options
You’ll receive a thoughtfully edited online gallery along with a print release, giving you the freedom to print your images, as well as access to professional prints and keepsakes to enjoy for years to come!
