I had the best time photographing sweet newborn Alex and his parents! They opted for a lifestyle session, my favorite, and I’m so glad they did. Lifestyle newborn sessions are so sweet. Theres something special about documenting a new family in their environment, a space unique to them! Another perk, Alex was pretty much a dream baby…sleepy and happy! His nursery was also nothing short of adorbale. His parents had moved into a grandparents’ old house so there is a lot of history there! They are in the processing of making it their own; however, they opted to keep the wallpaper as is in the nursery, and it worked so well. It really gave the room a fun touch of character! And you know a family has a good sense of humor when they hang an old picture of Dad, looking super fly skateboarding, in the nursery. It was taken at the same house when he was a kid. I love it!!! I think Alex will appreciate this image when he gets older, too!
