A few months ago the amazing Allissa from Style Altar’d and I got together to dream up a styled shoot. We hand a handful of fun ideas we wanted to run with. It was tough making a decision! Luckily, we didn’t even have to decide because Allissa’s pal Jonah gave us the perfect inspiration…he decided to propose to his lovely girlfiend, Bridget. Jonah wanted to make the proposal super special, unique, and to have it photographed. This guy knows how to treat his lady! Love it.
Allissa and I decided to see if Bridget would want to model for us in a retro ‘date night’ styled shoot. She was on board! Little did she know this retro date night was actually her surprise proposal!!! Ahhh!!
We setup the shoot at Shady Jack’s Saloon. We brought a mix of hard/soft decor making for a casual but romantic date night at this kitschy biker bar. So much fun!
My favorite part of this session….seeing Bridget’s reaction when he popped the question!! SO adorable! These two were all set to ride off into the sunset together!
